What does Luminbit do?
We design and build AI-powered web apps, mobile apps, and custom software for businesses, along with the UI/UX, cloud infrastructure, and SEO work that goes with it.
Where is Luminbit based?
We're based in Sankhamul, Kathmandu, Nepal, and work with clients both locally and remotely.
How big is your team?
We're intentionally small and senior. That means direct access to the people building your product, not a large account team relaying messages.
Do you only work with tech companies?
No — we work across industries including e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, education, and logistics. What matters more than your industry is having a clear problem worth solving.

How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but we always share a written estimate before any work begins — no open-ended hourly billing surprises.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused website might take 2-4 weeks. A full web application or AI integration usually runs 6-12 weeks, depending on complexity.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We enjoy working with founders from the idea stage, and we'll tell you honestly if you don't need custom software yet.
Do I need a finished spec before reaching out?
No. A rough idea is enough to start a conversation — we'll help shape it into a clear scope during discovery.

What happens after I submit the contact form?
We read every message personally, usually within one business day, and reply with a few clarifying questions or a short call proposal.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing any confidential project details.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a support window after launch, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for teams who want it.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside in-house developers and designers as an extension of your team, not a replacement.
