Why we started Luminbit
Luminbit is a software startup that began with a simple frustration: most software studios either move too slowly to matter, or move fast and leave a mess of technical debt behind. We wanted to build something in between — a startup where AI accelerates the repetitive parts of engineering so our senior team can spend its time on the parts that actually require judgment.
We're based in Sankhamul, Kathmandu, and as a startup ourselves, we understand what it's like to move fast with limited resources. We work with founders and teams who'd rather have a small group of people who deeply understand their problem than a large account team that doesn't.

None of that replaces judgment. Every line of AI-assisted code is reviewed by a senior engineer before it ships, and every AI feature we build is evaluated the same way we'd evaluate any other engineering decision: does it actually solve the problem, and can we stand behind it if something goes wrong.
We're candid about this because a lot of “AI-powered” marketing right now means very little. For us, it means faster delivery timelines and, when relevant, smarter products — not a buzzword bolted onto a pitch deck.
